About
Ellie received her B.S. degree in Biomedical and Health Sciences Engineering from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2016. After graduating, she began working with the RISE Lab under Dr. Daniel Jacobs researching the role of sensory input in directing locomotion for human-machine interactions. She completed her M.S. in Bioengineering from Temple University in 2022. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan, with a primary research focus on the design and implementation of wearable robotic devices for rehabilitation.
