About
Nana received her Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. Her undergraduate research involved design, fabrication, and testing of parts, including a novel ZnO-PTFE material for use in a dark matter detection experiment at Lawrence Berkeley Labs. Her research was supported by the McNair Scholars program at UC Berkeley. She is now pursuing a doctorate in mechanical engineering at University of Michigan and is a recipient of the Rackham Merit Fellowship. Her research interests include biomechanics, embedded systems, and assistive device design.
