Varun received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and graduated with a Master's in Robotics from University of Michigan. His research interests include understanding the control of robotic assistive technologies such as exoskeletons and robotics prosthesis, robot motion planning, and machine learning. He is currently working in the Neurobionics Lab as a research intern developing algorithms to predict user's control preference for quasi-passive ankle foot prosthesis.
